Carolyn Spillett - Counsellor

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, group facilitator and clinical supervisor with over 10 years experience counselling in the public and private sectors and 6 years in private practice. I have extensive clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and groups.

My approach is client centered and emotion focused. I work with you to help you tap into your wisdom, raise your awareness and build upon your resilience. Our work together is in a confidential, supportive and safe environment.  My training and experience in different counselling and psychotherapy approaches enables me to individually tailor our work together.

My 10 years experience has helped me recognise that today's fast moving, social media driven world challenges meaningful connections and contributes to a widening sense of isolation. This isolation directly impacts on individuals, couples, families, friends and workplace relationships leading me to my particular interest in relationships, grief, loss and self-development.
